Tutorial: Easy Palm Trees ala Kitchen Sink Stamps

I just love this set from Kitchen Sink Stamps called Pretty Petals. I have come up with a bunch of unique uses for this set. This was one of my ideas.

Easy Palm Trees ala Kitchen Sink Stamps
1) Stamp 3 of the striated petals onto green cardstock and one of the bullseye petals onto brown cardstock and cut them out.

2) Layer 2 of the green petals to form an X and adhere it on top of the 3rd petal so that there are 6 points.

3) Cut the brown petal in half the short way.

4) Adhere the pointed end of the "trunk" under the open end of the leaves.

1) Stamp 3 of the striated petals onto green cardstock and one of the bullseye petals onto brown cardstock and cut them out.

2) Cut small notches along the edges of the green petals. Cut the petal in half lengthwise.

3) Cut the brown petal in half the short way.

4) Layer the leaves over the "trunk", starting with the lowest fronds and alternating sides.
